MAINTENANCE MANUALS
Here is a link to a website which has all sorts of manuals to download for a reasonable fee ($10 or less). I am assuming they are legal. They have all sorts of auto, cycle, and electronica tech manuals.
This link is for the Reflex, which I formerly owned. http://www.tradebit.com/filedetail.php/9180644-2001-2007-honda-nss250-reflex-workshop-factory-service. I have not seen the Reflex manual, but I downloaded a manual for a Kymco scooter and it was very complete and high quality.

There are NO LEGAL DOWNLOADABLE SERVICE MANUALS.
This link is an ILLEGAL COPY of the service manual.
If you need a service manual for your Honda Reflex BUY A LEGAL COPY
(www.helminc.com). It comes in PAPER form ONLY.

Well, if you can't trust an internet vendor WHO CAN you trust?? Thanks for correcting me, Tim. I would not deliberately suggest violating copyright law.

What background check I have done so far on this company, they seem legit! You do pay a fee for each down load you select. They have numerous other manuals available as well. I have an inquiry in with my brother-n-law, a copywrite/trademark lawyer. Hopefully he will get back to me soon on this.

You can trust the copyright owner or your local Honda Dealer. The owner of
the copyright would be Helm Inc.

COPYRIGHT INFRINGMENT (was Re: Honda Reflex Group Re: Howdy from way

Posted by: "Tim Hansen" phreadbarnz@gmail.com   phreadbarnz

Sun Mar 7, 2010 3:40 pm (PST)

When I asked Helm Inc. if there were any downloadable versions of their
Honda Service Manual, I was told NO.

Unless you are getting this from Helm Inc. (the copyright holder), then I
would be willing to bet it is an ILLEGAL copy.

Just because you "pay a fee for each down load you select" doesn't make it
legal. How many times have we seen the exact same scam on eBay? Pay
someone for a 'pdf' file through eBay or this "legit' site, unless they own
the copyright, or have an agreement with the copyright holder, you are
buying STOLEN GOODS.

But I know Steve knows this. And I know that this topic has been covered in
detail in the past.

Mark -
We're doing exactly the same (part-time). Scooters are much more comfortable and fun to ride than a off-road or dual-purpose bike, and if it can do double duty for an occasional off-road sightseeing jaunt so much the better.

We carry our Reflex on a rack mounted on the back of our 5th wheel trailer. Some days we travel 130 miles on pavement for some site-seeing, other days Scoot will bring us down a 20 mile stretch of dirt road to our hiking trailhead. The next day we'll spot her as the pick-up vehicle for a kayaking trip along a river bank. Sure, an off-road bike would be nice some of the time, but a majority of miles are on smooth pavement.

I just sold my 2001 Reflex with 14,000 miles in very good condition for $2,000, and thought I did pretty well in the deal. Your offer for a 2007 seems very good.
