I hooked the two wires from the case to the green/yellow wire and the plain green wire. I used these splice connectors from radio shack http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2998435. The wire colors on the case don't match so I tried it one way and then the other to see which way worked. The total process took 10 minutes.
