Good luck with that. Your price seems a little high. You are selling a 5 year old scooter.
According to a quick web search I found this.

Kelly Blue Book
Retail: $3,325
Trade In: $2,265

Nada Guides:
Low Retail: $2,555
Avg Retail: $3,360

I'll give you $2,300 for it sight unseen.

Well he did say O.B.O., so hopefully someone will offer him something he can
live with.

And, yes, I would have to agree with Tim, your asking price is way out of
whack, so much so, you may prejudice your ad against anyone even contacting
you, but hopefully not.

They are great machines!

Good Luck with your sale, I'm sure it'll make a great bike for someone.

Here's the thing about O.B.O.
Timimg. Today's 'Best Offer' is tomorrow's missed opportunity.

Seems high for 2005 Reflex even in great condition. I purchased a 2004 Reflex in excellent condition with 3000 miles for $2500 less then six monts ago. If your market can get it good for you, but if you dont get any inquiries Id definitely drop the price below retail book value.

K-mod Variator tool, was Re: K-Mod or New Variator w/Sliders

Clarification - I said that if you were going to build the tool TO SAVE MONEY (per my instruction sheet in the FILES Section) - it will cost you more in "real total expenses" (if you consider the value of your time. [i.e. for example, a self-employed person with billable work available would be better off doing the billable work and charging for it than spending an hour or more INCLUDING TIME TO GO GET THE RAW MATERIALS, etc]

I hope that makes my point.

Any Honda dealer can get the tool for you - around $40 if I recall correctly.

Hope that helps

But I'm wondering if I should just spend some money now and replace the variator (what type/model?) that would use the traditional roller ramps, and put in the Dr. Pulley Sliders (size and gram?).

I live in Honolulu - daily driving under 10 miles, typically 40 mph, and freeway speeds are typically 40-50 during the day, and 55 at night. He said I would have no shuttering when going up hill.
