1.: Where are all the scooter commuters?

Gas is $4 a gallon, the weather is good ... when I park for work, I'm the only scoot in my parking deck uptown. Where's everyone hiding?

Last year and the year before, there were always at least 3 of us chained up together sometimes as many as 6.

I guess if you're looking for FREE covered scooter/motorcycle parking uptown, you should know that there's good spaces at the First Citizen's Parking at the deck South Church Street entrance between 4th and 3rd streets. 2-wheel spaces are just by the entrance gate. No ticket required, and leave the same non-gate way you come in :D

BTW what scooter lists/emails/clubs is everyone using now here in Charlotte because this list is VERY VERY sleepy :(
