In 2008 at the ride for sight in Ontario the RCMP did very much the same
type of stuff, very impressive. Rick in Lou.KY

Sounds like it!

You guys also are being affected by the El Nino as well right? Lower than
normal temps?

The media tells us that we are expecting the El Nino. In years past El Nino meant rain, rain, and more rain. That part of it we haven't seen yet.

32 degrees F up: 20w-50, or 20w-40
Below 32 degrees F: 10w-30 up to 85F, or 10w-40 for higher max temps

SF or SG grade recommended

Motorcycle oil not needed but OK

Synthetic not needed but OK

Hope that helps

Just look for oil that specifically states it is for motorcycles such as "Valvoline 4 stroke Motorcycle Oil".

Please don't "shoot from the hip" Carla.

While motorcycle oil can be used in Honda scooters, it is not the best choice - and not required.

Motorcycle oil assumes a wet clutch (which modern scooters do not have), and typically also an air-cooled engine (which MOST modern scooters do not have).
